Timothy Xu is a 13-year real estate veteran. Born in Shanghai, China, he is fluent in Mandarin. He left Shanghai to attend college in Sydney, Australia where he was joined by many students from Hong Kong and as a result learned to speak Cantonese as well. Timothy joined his family in Los Angeles in 1991 to continue his education in Business Management. His sales career started as a regional Sales Manager for a cosmetic company’s Western region.
